🎓 UG College Admissions (Graduation)

1. Centralized Online Portal & NEP‑2020 Framework

  • Admissions for over 340 colleges across Haryana are conducted via the centralized portal: admissions.highereduhry.ac.in Programs follow the NEP‑2020 pattern (4‑year degree with entry/exit options)

🎯 If you missed earlier merit calls or aim for vacant seats, physical counselling (with late fee) begins in July.


3. Fees & Eligibility

  • Application Fee: ₹ 100 (flat) 

  • Courses Available: BA, BSc, BCom, BBA, BMS, LLB, BTech, etc. 

  • Eligibility: 10+2 pass from a recognized board; Haryana domicile preferred for state reservation

  • Documents Needed: 10th/12th marksheets, Family ID, Aadhar, domicile, category certificate, passport photo, signature, etc.

🎯 Polytechnic (Diploma) Admissions

  • Polytechnic Counselling by HSTES runs from 27 May – 30 June 2025 (registration & verification) 

  • Merit Lists & Counselling Rounds: Merit list on 8 July; choice filling ~10–15 July; 1st seat allotment on 16 July 

🏛 Specialized Institutions (CUH, NID, CCS HAU, etc.)

  • Central University of Haryana: UG/PG admissions via CUET, and BTech via JEE‑Main + JoSAA/CSAB (

  • NID Haryana: BDes admission via NID‑DAT in a two-stage process 

  • CCS Haryana Agricultural University: BSc/BTech admission through state-level CET and ICAR, counselling in July

  1. Finish your slot: If not applied, finish registration by 16 June on the portal.

  2. Monitor your status: Log in regularly to view merit lists, fee deadlines, and document status.

  3. Plan counseling: If not allotted, be ready for physical/open counselling starting 1 July.

  4. Targeting polytechnic/specialized/central institutions? Track their entrance exams (HSTES, CUET, NID‑DAT, etc.) and respective counselling timelines.
